EU
European Union Citizens
- Copies of the passports (photocopy) of the couple (bride and groom)
- Birth certificate of the bride and groom with the names of their parents
- Marriage clearance certificate (marriage certificate)
- Divorce certificate for each party, in the case of a previous marriage
- Official document issued by a court in the event of the bride or groom's name being changed
- Adoption Certificate (if any)
- Passport copies of 2 witnesses
UK
UK Citizens
- Copies of the passports (photocopy) of the couple (bride and groom)
- Birth certificate of the bride and groom with the names of their parents (with apostille stamp)
- Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage with apostille stamp (this document confirms that there is no obstacle to the upcoming marriage)
- Divorce certificate for each party, in the case of a previous marriage, with an apostille stamp
- Official document issued by a court in the event of the bride or groom's name being changed
- Adoption Certificate (if any)
- Passport copies of 2 witnesses
RU
Russian Citizens
- Copies of the passports (photocopy) of the couple (bride and groom)
- Birth certificate of the bride and groom with the names of their parents (with apostille stamp)
- Marriage clearance certificate (marriage certificate) with apostille stamp (this document confirms that there is no obstacle to the upcoming marriage)

- Sworn marriage declaration, under which you declare that there is no obstacle to your wedding in Greece. The document must be certified by a notary
- Divorce certificate for each party, in the case of a previous marriage, with an apostille stamp
- Official document issued by a court in the event of the bride or groom's name being changed
- Adoption Certificate (if any)

Canadian Citizens
- Copies of the passports (photocopy) of the couple (bride and groom)
- Birth certificate of the bride and groom with the names of their parents (with apostille stamp)
- Marriage clearance certificate (marriage certificate) with apostille stamp (this document confirms that there is no obstacle to the upcoming marriage)

Important Information:
- Apostille stamp: This stamp confirms the legalization and validity of your documents for international use (Hague Convention 1961).
- All documents must have been translated at the Greek embassy or your Greek consulate.
- All documents should be sent to us for review at least 6 weeks before the wedding.
- If you come to Greece for the wedding, you must bring all the original documents with you.
- You must be in Greece for at least one working day after the wedding to sign the marriage certificate, which will be sent to your home address.
