Dimitrios Markou
Dimitrios is our Head Wedding Planner and the vision behind Dream Wedding. With an IT background and hands-on experience supporting one of Greece’s leading event and conference organizers, he discovered how much he loves the craft of planning—and the quiet precision it takes to bring meaningful celebrations to life.. That foundation shaped his planning style into what it is today: structured, detail-driven, and calm under pressure, with a strong focus on problem-solving and seamless guest experience. Specialising in destination weddings, he leads each event from concept to execution—overseeing creative direction, vendor strategy, budgets, timelines, and on-the-day coordination. The result is a wedding that feels effortless, personal, and beautifully refined.
Maria Lazaridou
Maria is a core member of the Dream Wedding team and a destination wedding planner with a refined eye and a calm, structured approach. She is known for turning complex logistics into a smooth, enjoyable experience for couples planning from abroad. From the first ideas and style direction to budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination across locations, Maria brings clarity, consistency, and thoughtful design to every step. On the wedding day, she leads with quiet confidence and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring everything feels effortless for the couple and their guests. The result is a celebration that is personal, elegant, and flawlessly delivered.
Ioanna Papadopoulou
Ioanna is a valued member of the Dream Wedding team and a key support force across our daily operations. Early in her career and highly detail-oriented, she brings energy, reliability, and a calm, can-do mindset to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. As a wedding planning assistant, Ioanna handles many of the company’s essential processes—organising documentation, supporting vendor communications, tracking practical details, and helping keep timelines and internal systems on course. Her structured approach and proactive attitude ensure our couples and planners are supported at every stage, contributing to the seamless, polished experience Dream Wedding is known for.
Eleni Alexiou
Eleni is part of the Dream Wedding team, supporting our destination wedding projects with a strong eye for space, style, and detail. With a background in Interior Design, she brings a thoughtful, practical approach to the visual side of planning—helping translate ideas into cohesive concepts that feel personal, balanced, and true to each couple.
In her role, Eleni assists with design direction and planning support, from mood boards and styling suggestions to coordination details that help everything come together smoothly on the day. Calm, organised, and attentive, she’s focused on delivering a refined result through careful preparation and teamwork.
